Long Island

Long Island, New York

Erickson Senior Living is excited about the opportunity to bring a continuing care retirement community, or CCRC, to the Long Island area. We will be hosting a senior living planning discussion at the Long Island Marriott (101 James Doolittle Blvd Uniondale, NY 11553) at 10:00 AM or 1:30 PM on June 10th, 11th, and 12th. We’re inviting select individuals to give feedback on Erickson Senior Living’s plans to build a continuing care retirement community on Long Island. Your insights will help us understand the needs, interests and priorities of future residents – and design a community with those in mind.

Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs)

CCRCs are a special type of senior living community, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care and nursing care on one site. Residents can enjoy an independent lifestyle with resort-style amenities and services. Higher levels of care are conveniently located so that residents are cared for if their needs change. This continuum of care ensures residents have the stability of remaining in the place they call home.
